I love a sweet and salty combination! You can use any type of chocolate for this recipe. You can use chocolate chips, melting chocolate, chocolate coating or anything!
Chocolate Covered Pretzels
4 cups chocolate of your choice
1/2 cup white chocolate candy
24 pretzel rods
Start by lining several large baking sheets with parchment paper.
Melt the chocolates in large microwave safe bowls, stirring often until smooth.
Using a spoon to help guide and layer on chocolate, dip pretzel rods into melted chocolate, covering them 3/4 of the way up.
Lay carefully on parchment paper.
Finish the chocolate dipping and then go back and drizzle on the white chocolate.
Allow to sit at room temperature for 2 hours.
Store these in a plastic storage container.
