If you are writing a book on chocolate chip cookies, or even cookies for that matter, this recipe must be included! These are super fast, super easy and super delicious.
Fast Chocolate Chip Cookies
1 1/4 cups white all-purpose flour
1 stick unsalted butter, soft
1/2 cup light brown sugar, packed
1/4 cup white granulated sugar
1 large egg
2 teaspoons pure vanilla extract
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon salt
2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
Start by preheating your oven to 375 degrees F. Line 2 large baking sheets with parchment paper.
In a large bowl combine the white all-purpose flour, softened unsalted butter, packed light brown sugar, white granulated sugar, large egg, pure vanilla extract, baking soda and salt. Mix together until throughly combined.
Stir in the semi-sweet chocolate chips.
Place teaspoon size amounts of dough onto the prepared baking sheets. Bake, one sheet at a time, in preheated oven for 11 minutes.
Remove, cool slightly and enjoy.
