Cake Mix Cookies Remixed

I love this remixed recipe of your original “cake mix cookie”. A new favorite around here. Deliciously addictive. Cake mix companies are slowly fading out the 18 oz size mixes and replacing them with 15 oz sizes. The 1/4 cup flour helps with this, to keep a structurally sound cookie.

Cake Mix Cookies Remixed

1 box chocolate cake mix
1/4 cup white all-purpose flour
2 large eggs
1/2 cup vegetable oil
1 tablespoon pure vanilla extract
1/2 cup powdered sugar

Start by preheating your oven to 350 degrees F. Line 2 large baking sheets with parchment paper.

In a large bowl combine the chocolate cake mix with the white all-purpose flour, large eggs, vegetable oil and pure vanilla extract.

Roll tablespoon size balls of dough into the powdered sugar and place evenly between the 2 prepared baking sheets.

Bake, one sheet at a time, in preheated oven for 12 minutes.

Remove, cool and enjoy!
