Pea Salad

I love this controversial side dish. Do you?

Pea Salad

2 cans green peas, drained
1/2 cup diced onion
4 boiled eggs, diced
1/4 cup mayonnaise

Combine the drained peas, diced onion and diced boiled egg in a medium size bowl. Stir in the mayonnaise.

Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Stir again.

Stir in shredded cheese if desired.

Refrigerate, covered, for 2 hours.

Serve and keep chilled.
