More like a sweet icing. Delicious!

Thin Chocolate Frosting
1/2 cup white granulated sugar
3 tablespoons unsalted butter
2 tablespoons whole milk
1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
2 teaspoons pure vanilla extract
1/2 teaspoon salt
Combine the white granulated sugar, unsalted butter and whole milk in a medium sized saucepan over medium high heat.
Stir occasionally until it comes to a boil. Stir constantly for 60 seconds as it boils.
Remove from heat and add semi-sweet chocolate chips, pure vanilla extract and salt. Whisk until smooth and glossy.
Use immediately.
