If you have been craving lemonade as strong as I have this summer, or perhaps any other cold drink that is not your typical water or soda, I have to recommend to you, The Thirsty Witch! The Thirsty Witch is a drink truck, think food truck but smaller and drinks only, that serves some of the most delicious drinks, right here locally. The Thirsty Witch is owned and operated by Sulphur Springs resident, Kendra Reininga and her husband, Chris.

My very favorite is their Dole Whip Drink, which is a creamy pineapple drink served over ice. They also offer Lemon Shake-ups in regular lemon flavor or their famous strawberry variety. Remember the “Pink Drink” that took social media by storm? Well, she has that too, although she calls hers the Strawberry Cream Refresher. She also offers an Orange Creamsicle Refresher, that tastes just like the Popsicle, a Sunset Refresher that contains no milk or dairy but is a delightful combination of mango, tangerine and strawberry. Last and certainly not least, where are my Harry Potter fans at? Butterbeer? Yes, she offers that too. You may be wondering, what is a “Butterbeer”? It is a drink in the fantasy land of Harry Potter than has been brought to life in the form of a creamy butterscotch drink.
